Promotion Transaction Instructions	The complimentary U1733C Handheld LCR Meter will be fulfilled directly by Keysight. - Partners will purchase the qualifying products at standard discount and provide information with the shipment of the qualifying products for customers to claim the complimentary U1733C Handheld LCR Meter from Keysight. - Partners are not involved in the fulfillment of the complimentary U1733C Handheld LCR Meter. - Customers must submit the claim and provide purchase information via a webform on Keysight.com. Partners are not allowed to claim on behalf of the customer. - Customers will be able to claim the complimentary U1733C Handheld LCR Meter on Keysight.com for 90 days after the promo ends (31-Mar-2022), provided the qualifying products were purchased within the promotion period. - Keysight will validate the purchase (eg. new qualifying products, purchased within the promo period, SN, etc.) and arrange shipment to the customer.
