The Keysight N9020B MXA X-Series signal analyzer offers RF, uW and millimeter frequency ranges for quick, easy performance of diverse noise measurements such as noise figure, phase noise, and spur search (sensitivity). With performance that beats the competition, and the largest suite of measurement applications across technologies and industries, the MXA is the signal (spectrum) analyzer of choice for RF, uW, millimeter wave and digital signal analysis.
Optional measurement application software provides preconfigured test routines for GSM/EDGE, 802.16e Mobile WiMAX, 5G NR, noise figure, and phase-noise applications. Running the 89600 VSA software application in the MXA enables advanced signal demodulation analysis and troubleshooting of more than 50 demodulation formats including: 4G, 5G NR, WiMAX, WLAN and Private Mobile Radio.
