The R&S®ZNL helps to reduce investment costs as it offers a unique option concept. The base models support frequencies from 5 kHz up to 20 GHz, and the models up to 6 GHz can be extended with a fully integrated spectrum analyzer and can support RF power meters.
Furthermore, the spectrum analysis supports a CW signal generator option. Instead of investing in multiple instruments, research labs, service centers, universities and production facilities can benefit from a single, compact instrument that offers even higher measurement speed and better RF performance than dedicated instruments in comparable classes.

Benefits |
|
Multifunctional
More Instruments, One Box
| With the spectrum analyzer option installed on models up to 6 GHz, even more space is saved as the ZNL offers the functionality of different instruments in the same compact size.
Option FPL1-K9 adds support for NRP power sensors, and option ZNL-K14 adds the functionality of an independent CW signal generator, turning the ZNL in multifunctional analysis device.
|
Compact
Benchtop VNA with a Small Form Factor
| With a depth of less than 24cm and a weight of only 6kg to 8kg, the ZNL is the most compact instrument in its class.
The small footprint leaves plenty of space on the workbench, more than with any comparable benchtop analyzer.
|
Portable
Battery and DC Power Supply for Field Use
| With an optional battery pack, the ZNL is a fully portable instrument ideal for field use.
The optional 12V/24VDC power supply is also available for operation of the ZNL in vehicles.
For transport and field deployment, the optional FPL1-Z2 transport bag protects the instrument against damage and the ingress of dirt.
Side vents and a transparent top cover allow portable operation while instrument is safely stored in the bag.
A carrying vest holster is also available.
