4 Series B Ultimate Bundle Promotion

For the duration of the program, end customers who purchase a qualifying 4 Series B oscilloscope (see table below for qualifying models), either via Tektronix direct or authorized partners, will receive a free 4-ULTIMATE-1Y license!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• End customers are eligible to receive for one (1) free license for each (1) eligible scope purchased during the program, the program does not apply retroactively to prior purchases or those made to an end customer after program termination.
• Authorized channel partners may submit orders to Tektronix to fulfill end user requests; these orders will receive 100% discount on 4-ULTIMATE-1Y using promotional modifier “GL-MSR 034-2024 Ultimate Bundle Promo”.
• Proof of purchase for qualifying scope with serial number and end user details must be provided to receive the discount.
• Authorized channel partners may fulfill the qualifying scope from their stock or on a back-to-back order to Tektronix.
• 4-ULTIMATE-1Y licenses may only be fulfilled via a back-to-back order with Tektronix, partners will not be provided with a “stock” of licenses for any existing or future stock.
• This promotion is for new instruments only. Encore units are not eligible.
• This program may be combined with other sales promotion/programs, including Education, contracts, etc.
• Customer purchase orders and/or partner fulfilment requests must be received between the start and end dates indicated on this MSR.
• Tektronix reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time. Tektronix will advise distributors 30 days in advance of program changes or cancellation.
