Lecroy WAVERUNNER 104XI-A

The WaveRunner 104Xi-A oscilloscope offers one GHz bandwidth and a maximum sampling rate of five GS/s.

This four channel oscilloscope is loaded with features and capability that offer more insight and help users complete the tests faster. Its basic system validation utilizes advanced triggers, measurement parameters and fast viewing modes that are easy and simple to operate. Its unique tools allows users to perform multi-domain analysis, advanced debug as well as waveshape analysis, while its optional application packages help users better understand problems.

Measuring just 15 cm (16-inch) deep, the WaveRunner 104Xi-A is also designed with a bright, large 10.4-inch display that provides users with a fantastic viewing angle of waveforms.

It offers a comprehensive collection of Serial, SMART and Digital (MS Series) triggers that allows users to easily and quickly isolate events of interest. The oscilloscope’s WaveStream fast viewing feature and high sampling rate enables users to characterize rise time, signal shape, overshoot and others, while verifying the absence or presence of high-speed transients.

Its complete probing solutions, which include current probes, FET probes, HV probes as well as differential probes, features complete ground accessories and tip, enabling users to easily probe signals.

The WaveRunner 104Xi-A also features WaveScan Advanced Search and Analysis function which allows it to conveniently locate for unusual events within a single capture. Its 20 search/scan modes enable the oscilloscope to scan for a particular event in various acquisitions performed over a long period of time, while its ScanOverlay or ScanHisto function allows the oscilloscope to display intuitive scanned results.
