10MHz to 26.5GHz noise figure analyzer. Simultaneous noise figure and gain
measurement. High resolution color display, GPIB, printer, serial interface,
3.5 in floppy disk. Single box to 26.5GHz. User selectable measurement
bandwidths. Single and double sideband measurements. LO control over
dedicated 2nd GPIB. May require noise source.
Accessories include  AT-11730A standard.
