Tektronix AWG5002 The TEK-AWG5002 arbitrary waveform generator supports middle to high speed
applications with high vertical resolution and multi channels. It offers up to
600 MS sample per second and 14 bit vertical resolution with optional 28 bit
digital data output. The AWG5000 series is optimized for mixed signal
applications such as those that exist at the digital baseband/RF interface in
communications and radar systems or as a source for testing of data conversion
devices such as D/A or A/D converters.
