3 Hz to 50 GHz PXA Signal Analyzer, Multi-touch

The Keysight N9030B PXA X-Series signal analyzer offers RF, uW and
millimeter frequency ranges for quick, easy performance of diverse noise
measurements such as noise figure, phase noise, and spur search
(sensitivity). With performance that beats the competition, and the largest
suite of measurement applications across technologies and industries,
the PXA is the signal (spectrum) analyzer of choice for RF, uW, millimeter
wave and digital signal analysis.

Analyze the latest signals with up to 510 MHz analysis bandwidth and better
than 70 dB SFDR, and reveal previously hidden signals with Noise Floor
Extension (NFE). To see your devices true behavior, get industry-leading
phase noise performance by adding the Keysight-proprietary DDS-based LO.
