9kHz-3GHz EXG Vector Signal Generator

Optimized for manufacturing cellular communications and wireless connectivity
components. It provides better value for your investment by increasing
throughput, improving test yield, maximizing uptime, and saving rack space.
With scalable RF and baseband performance, the EXG is easily configured to
meet your specific test needs.

Frequency resolution: 0.01Hz
Fast switching CW Mode:
Fast switching speeds: <= 5ms in SCPI mode;
Option UNZ improves speed to <=1.15ms
Option UNZ improves speed to <=1.5ms with digital modulation on
Simultaneous frequency and amplitude switching at <=5ms in list mode;
Option UNZ improves speed to <= 900us in list mode

Output power:
-144dBm to +18dBm at 3GHz, +21dbm with option 1EA

SSB phase noise:
-121dBc/Hz at 20kHz offset from 1GHz carrier;
-110dBc/Hz at 20kHz offset from 3Ghz carrier;
